Gregory David Jack is a public sector consulting professional with a strong background in budgeting, economic development, program evaluation, and policy analysis.
He has held roles across multiple levels of government, including the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), where he served as a Program Analyst. In that role, he managed a $55 million grant portfolio supporting over 30 academic consortia and 15 national laboratories. He also led strategic planning retreats and developed tools to improve program evaluation efforts.
Prior to his time at NNSA, Gregory was a fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where he contributed to federal budget documentation and participated in the hiring process for future fellows. Earlier in his career, he interned with the Arizona Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting, where he coordinated strategic planning meetings for 35 cabinet-level agencies and developed tools to assist the state in determining its credit rating.
Gregory holds a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he was recognized with the Catherine L. Cooper Good Works Award. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and German Studies from the University of Utah, graduating cum laude.
In addition to his professional work, Gregory has volunteered in various capacities, including as a mission leader and teacher for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and as an advisor and organizer for the Draper Philharmonic and Choral Society.
